Profit & Loss Statement (preview — sample data)

This report currently shows generated demo data and carries a banner saying so. Use it to preview the layout and give feedback; don't rely on the numbers yet.

What it will do: a full P&L — Income → COGS → Gross Profit → Operating Expenses → Net Income — as a collapsible statement with Actual / Budget / Variance columns (variance colored favorable or unfavorable). Income breaks down by revenue stream (FF&E into sub-categories); COGS groups by PO category.

KPI cards: Total Income, Gross Profit (with gross margin %), Total Expenses, and Net Income (with net margin %) — each compared to the previous period.

Filters: date range, Project, Team Member. It offers Send Report (a summary). It's also the default screen when you open Reports.
