Instead of a table it uses project cards — each with a cost-vs-profit financial bar, an hours-used bar (turns red when over budget), and a large GPM figure. A project auto-flags as "At Risk" when hours exceed 110% of budget, GPM goes negative, or profit is negative. Cards expand into per-team-member hours (actual vs budget) and per-task time vs estimate.KPI summary: Total Invoiced, Total Profit, and Avg. GPM (each with a trend sparkline and period-over-period delta), plus a Projects-by-Status breakdown.Filters: search, sort (Profit / GPM / Invoiced), and a filter popover with status checkboxes and an "Only At Risk" toggle.
