The last of the Settings pages: what clients see on a budget, your contract templates, and where every file goes.
Watch it: the Settings lesson in Campus, step 12, “Budget, Contracts and Documents” (1:48). Each section below names its chapter.
Budget
Settings › Studio › Budget
Watch it: step 12, chapter 1, “Budget” (starts at 0:09).

Set what clients see on a budget by default: subtotals, each line, approval status, the payment schedule, and more.
Contracts
Settings › Studio › Contracts › Templates and › After signing
Watch it: step 12, chapter 2, “Contracts” (starts at 0:22).

Your contract templates. Edit, duplicate, or import one from Word or PDF.
Section templates are pieces you drop into any contract, like your payment terms or warranties.
After signing decides whether a new client and project are created when a prospect signs.
Filing and folders
Settings › Studio › Documents › Filing
Watch it: step 12, chapter 3, “Filing and folders” (starts at 0:45).

Every upload lands in a folder by itself, using rules like "a photo goes to Photos".
Folders for new projects is the folder tree every project starts with, and which folders clients can see.
Signed contracts are always filed, and only the owner and admins can open them.
File names
Settings › Studio › Documents › File names
Watch it: step 12, chapter 4, “File names” (starts at 1:09).

Build each document's file name from words like the date, the client and the number.
Sharing and approvals
Settings › Studio › Documents › Sharing and approvals
Watch it: step 12, chapter 5, “Sharing and approvals” (starts at 1:19).

Set how long links last, passwords, downloads, and a see-through watermark with your logo and the viewer's name.
Clients can approve drawings and files right from the portal, with a reminder if they have not.
Every page has a Learn how to set this up button whenever you need a refresher.
