The field types

The Form fields palette on the left of the builder groups fields into six categories. Click a field to add it, or drag it onto the canvas.

Text (11)

• Short text and Long text — one-line and paragraph answers.

• Title, Subtitle and Description — headings and explanatory text (not questions).

• Email, Website, Phone, Number, Date, Address — formatted answers that are checked as the responder types.

Choice (4)

• Single choice (radio buttons), Multi choice (checkboxes), Dropdown, and Checklist (a single confirmation tick box).

Media (3)

• Image upload — the responder uploads photos.

• Image display — you show an image (read-only).

• Image choice — the responder picks from a set of images.

Rating (2)

• Star rating (5 stars by default) and NPS 0–10 — great for post-project surveys.

Special (6)

• Measurements — per-room dimensions, openings and windows.

• Punchlist — per-room checklist items with notes.

• Swipe — "this or that" image pairs for style discovery.

• Photo annotation — upload a photo and drop labelled pins on it.

• Approval — signature plus timestamp.

• Calendly — an embedded booking widget.

• Columns — put fields side by side; drop fields into its slots.

Settings every field has

Click a field to see Label, Description, Placeholder (where relevant), Required and Conditional logic, plus settings for that field type. Required fields show a red * and must be answered before the form can be submitted.
