Close a quote (header button) to archive it. Its status becomes Closed and it moves out of the active list.
The Quotes list has an Active / Archived toggle — closed quotes live under Archived.
Reopen a closed quote from its detail page to bring it back to Reviewing if you need to act on it again.

Closing doesn't delete anything — all responses, decisions, and applied history are preserved.
