Written By Timothy Murenzi
Overview
Resources & References (Overview section 09) keeps the links the team needs in one place: photos, mood boards, file folders, vendor portals and tools.
Add a resource
Open the project → Overview → Resources.
Click Edit.
Add a link with a clear name, e.g. "Site photos — Google Drive" or "Concept board — Pinterest".
Save.
What to store
Mood boards and Pinterest boards
Shared drive folders
Vendor trade portals
Installation documents and manuals
Public timeline links you've shared with the client
Best practices
Name links so anyone can tell what's behind them.
Remove dead links and avoid duplicates.
Put files themselves in the project's Documents tab, and use Resources for links.
