Overview
Most clipper problems have a quick fix. Find yours below. If none of these work, see Still stuck? at the end for what to send us.
The clipper asks for a password
You log in to Workroom with an email link, so you may not have a password yet. The clipper needs one.
In Workroom, go to Settings › You › Profile › Security.
Set a password.
In the clipper, log in with your Workroom email and that password.
My project isn't in the list, or the wrong project shows
The clipper keeps a copy of your project list from when you logged in. Log out of the clipper and log back in to refresh it.
"Request entity too large"
The vendor's images are too big to send.
Remove the large images with the bin icon.
Use the screenshot tool to capture the image you want from the page instead.
Clip again.
I clipped a product but can't see it in Workroom
Refresh the Workroom page. New products show after a refresh.
In Library, check the Project dropdown (top right) is set to the project you clipped into, or to All products.
The clipper keeps logging me out or acting oddly
Close Workroom in any other tabs or browsers. Workroom allows one session at a time.
Log out of the clipper and out of Workroom.
Do a hard refresh: Cmd+Shift+R on a Mac, Ctrl+Shift+R on Windows.
Log back in to Workroom, then to the clipper.
The clipper updates itself, so you never need to reinstall it.
