What it is Phases group related tasks (e.g. Design, Procurement, Installation) and give the whole project structure across every view.

Working with phases

• Add a phase and then add tasks inside it from the Table or List.

• Each phase has start/end dates that drive its swimlane on the Gantt.

Color-coding

• Use the phase color picker on a phase header (in the List or Gantt) to assign a color.

• That color flows everywhere — the Gantt bars, swimlane tint, and list headers — so phases are instantly recognizable across views.
