The template library
Written By Timothy Murenzi
Templates are pre-built automations for the most common studio workflows, organized by category. They're the fastest way to start.
How to use one:
From your Automations list, open Templates.
Browse the categories (client communication, project kickoff, invoicing & payments, contracts, leads, procurement, and more).
Pick one, and it opens in the builder pre-filled.
Personalize it — set the recipient, edit the message in your voice, adjust timings — then save and enable.
A template is a draft until you enable it. Treat it like Walter's output: review, tweak, test, turn on.
Tip — templates teach you the patterns. Even if you plan to build your own, open a few templates to see how experienced studios structure delays, conditions, and reminder loops. You'll pick up ideas you can reuse.
