Duplicating, archiving, deleting
Written By Timothy Murenzi
Manage forms from the ⋯ menu at the end of each row on the Forms list.

Duplicate
Creates a copy of the form as a new draft. The copy gets its own fresh public link and starts with no responses.
Edit
Opens the form in the builder (the same as clicking the form's name).
Archive
Click ⋯ → Archive.
Type Archive to confirm and click Archive.
The form leaves the main list. Existing responses are kept, and you can restore the form later. Archived forms are listed under the Archived filter at the top of the Forms page.
Unpublish instead of archiving
If you only want to stop new submissions but keep working on a form, open it and click Unpublish. It goes back to Draft and its public link stops accepting responses.
Deleting
Deleting forms and individual responses is controlled by the Delete forms and Delete a response permissions. Responses already attached to a project or estimate stay linked there.
