Troubleshooting

"I don't see Forms in the sidebar"
Forms must be enabled for your workspace, and your permission set must include View forms list (Settings → Studio → Team and rates → Permission sets → Forms). Also check that Hide this module from the menu isn't ticked.
"My form won't publish"
A form needs at least one real question — Title, Subtitle, Description and Separator fields alone aren't enough. Add an input field and try again.
"The embed isn't resizing to fit"
Use the snippet from Embed on your website → Copy snippet rather than pasting the plain /f/ link into an iframe — the snippet is set up to resize automatically.
"A field isn't showing on the public form"
Check which page it's on (the responder may not have reached that page yet) and its Conditional logic — if the condition never matches, the field stays hidden.
"Someone has my link who shouldn't"
Open Form settings → Public URL and click Regenerate. The old link stops working; share the new one.
"I'm not getting emails for new responses"
Turn on Email me on each submission or add addresses to Send submissions to, then click Send test email. Ask recipients to check spam.
"Require a payment" won't turn on
Connect Stripe first under Settings → Payments.
"Load template on a Punchlist shows nothing"
No punchlist templates have been saved yet. Build a punchlist and click Save as template first.
"I archived a form and can't find it"
Click Archived at the top of the Forms page. If it isn't listed there, contact support — your responses are kept.
"Uploaded images look broken in responses"
Uploaded images are stored in a modern format (WebP) that all current browsers display. Update your browser if images don't appear.
"I made changes but the public form hasn't updated"
Wait for the header to show Saved (or click Save draft), then refresh the public page.
