Ways to start an invoice
Invoice: a blank invoice.
Invoice from approved products: bills what your client has approved.
Invoice from costs: for cost plus projects, bills signed-off costs with your fee.
Pay application: for percent complete projects.
From an approved estimate: click its status, then Convert to invoice.

Pick the project first. Every invoice is numbered for its project.
Add the project’s products and services
In a section, click From this project. Only this project’s products and services show.
Tick what you need. Anything already on this document is marked.
Click Add selected items. Each product brings its photo, specs, vendor and price from your Library.

For anything not in the Library, use Add product or Add service.
Bill time and expenses
Time and client-reimbursable expenses wait in Ready to invoice. Tick what you want to bill and Generate draft invoices makes one for each project, or add them to a draft you already have.
