What your vendor sees
Your vendor confirms the order on their own page, flags anything different, and adds tracking later.

Overview
Your vendor gets a page with your studio’s brand on it. They answer there, and you are told as soon as they do.

Confirming the order
They confirm the order with their own order number and ship date.
When something is different
If something is different, like a price, they say so on the page, and you see it before anything else happens.
Tracking
Later they add tracking from the same page with Add tracking, and you are told as soon as they do.
