Project Performance Report (preview — sample data)

Preview — sample data. This report currently shows demo data and isn't listed in the Reports menu. It's described here so you know what's coming.

What it will do

Score each project on financial health. Instead of a table, it uses project cards. Each card shows:

• A cost-vs-profit bar

• An hours-used bar, which turns red when over budget

• A large GPM figure

A project is flagged At Risk when hours exceed 110% of budget, GPM goes negative, or profit is negative. Expand a card to see hours per team member (actual vs budget) and time per task vs estimate.

KPI summary

Total Invoiced, Total Profit and Avg. GPM — each with a trend line and change since the previous period — plus a breakdown of projects by status.

Filters

Search, sort (Profit, GPM or Invoiced), status checkboxes, and an Only At Risk toggle.

In the meantime

• Timelog Report — labour GPM by project, phase and task.

• Task Efficiency — estimated vs actual hours.

• Tasks → Projects — each project's progress and what needs attention.
