Signatures, and signing as the designer
Choose who signs an estimate, add your own signature line, or have nobody sign.
Written By Julia M.
Overview
The Signatures box on an estimate lists who signs: each client who needs to, and your own line if you want one.
Watch it: the Finances lesson in Campus, step 3, “Send it and get an answer”, chapter 4, “Signatures” (starts at 1:13).
Choose who signs
+ Add a client signer adds everyone who needs to sign. Each signer gets their own link.
+ Add a studio signature adds your own line. Click Sign as designer to sign it.
The x on a row removes that signer.

Nobody signs
Remove every signer and nobody signs. Your client still answers item by item, and the PDF has no signature page.

Good to know
The PDF prints signature fields unless you turn off Signature fields in Customize.
